Returns & Replacements 

• Return/Exchange request need to be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns can be raised over email – help@greenwoodstoys.com or WhatsApp – +91 7821080682.
• In case of return, shipping charges will be deducted on actual onwards and returns. In case of the defect from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.
• Due to hygiene reason teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return process will be briefed directly over call, WhatsApp or email once the request is accepted.
• In case of exchange, the existing order will be picked up and the amount will be refunded back. You can place a new order from your end.
• Refund will be initiated within 48hrs(Prepaid orders) and 7 days(COD orders) once the product is received back at our facility.
• Order cancellation request needs to be made within before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.
